Year 1 enjoyed a beautiful sunny day at Painshill Park this week. They loved working as a team to build dens in the forest area and had great fun testing them to see if they were waterproof. They also enjoyed a nature walk with stunning views of the park, spotting deciduous and evergreen trees and wildflowers.

On Tuesday 25th June our Country Dancing club represented our school at the Country Dancing Festival for Kingston and Richmond schools at Kingsmeadow Athletics Ground. It was such a hot day, and we were so proud of how resilient the children were with their dancing. The children have been practising very hard, and all that practise paid off because they danced so well and we were so proud of them. Thank you again for all the families that came along with us to make the event extra special and to Miss Roe and Mrs Bern for all their hard work in preparing the children for the event.
On Tuesday 18th June we held our Sports Day. The weather was glorious, and we all had a brilliant, fun time trying lots of different events during the morning. A big Thank you to everyone who came along to support the event and cheer on the children.
